NeverWuz Promotions has teamed up with some of the largest logistics companies in the world to ship your purchase. We will use either UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on where your purchase is being shipped to. We will deliver your purchase in a timely and professional manner. We are happy to offer free shipping on ALL purchases!
*Note: Please verify your address is correct before purchasing. If we were provided an invalid address, we will reach out to you at the email address provided. Your shipment will be delayed until we can confirm the correct address. This includes not providing a correct apartment or suite number.

Do you ship internationally?
We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but at this time we only ship within the United States.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
We apologize, but at this time we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States
I accidentally provided the wrong address. What do I do?
If you need to make an adjustment, please contact us within 24 hours. We process orders as quickly as we can, and we will ship to the original address provided within 1-3 business days. A customer’s shipping time will be delayed if we do not have a valid address.
How often do you ship products?
Our shipping partners arrive at our facility Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Your order will arrive at your doorstep before you know it.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Once your item has shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at neverwuzpromotions@gmail.com and we will be happy to give you your tracking number.
What happens if I'm not home when my shipment is delivered?
We do not require a signature in order to deliver your package. Please message us with any concerns you may have regarding this. We reserve the right to add an extra charge for requiring a signature due to the fees surrounding this.
What if my package is stolen?
We are not responsible for stolen items. Please ensure your package is being delivered to an address you feel comfortable with. You may contact UPS, FedEx, or USPS with your tracking number and request that an item be held at a local facility if you desire.
What happens if I get my order and it is damaged?
We take great care in shipping our items, but damages do occasionally happen. Please open your item and inspect it right away upon receiving. If you see any damages, please email us at neverwuzpromotions@gmail.com. Damages must be reported within 14 days of receiving your item.
Can you ship to any address or PO BOX?
Yes we should be able to deliver to all addresses or PO Boxes within the 48 contiguous United States. If we experience any issues with your address, we will email you at the email provided during checkout.
