Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All framed art must still have the cardboard corners on all 4 corners when shipping the item back to us. All puzzles must be returned with all puzzle pieces still in the unopened plastic bag.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping of the item. To start a return, you can contact us at neverwuzpromotions@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive a full refund once we have received the item. Refunds will not be given unless you have first contacted us by email. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to show.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
